How refunds, cancellations and billing disputes work for Smart Reception.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in Canadian dollars. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription will not renew.
Because the service is consumed as minutes are used, monthly fees are not refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law. If you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the paid month.
Top-up minute packs are one-time purchases. Once the minutes have been added to your account, they are non-refundable. Unused minutes remain available until you use them.
If the receptionist did not work as described, or if you were charged in error, contact us and we will put it right. That includes issuing a refund where it is appropriate.
